Welcome to the SHC Help Desk!
Our ticketing system allows you to open or update a ticket for the Science Hall Computing (SHC) Help Desk. Supported services for the SHC Help Desk include Science Hall room and resource calendars, account and server access for SHC-hosted services, Science Hall printing, computer labs, classroom support, and other needs.
Before you open a ticket we STRONGLY encourage you to read our extensive knowledgebase and search the DoIT KnowledgeBase first, as most questions asked through the SHC Help Desk can be answered with a quick search at either KB.
Both resources cover the topics above and more. Logging into the internal KB covers SHC-offered services in finer detail. Authorized NetID login is required for access to the internal KB.
