If your connection still does not work after you performed the troubleshooting steps in the linked articles, please contact the DoIT Help Desk at help@doit.wisc.edu or by phone at 608-264-4357. While the SHC Help Desk can assist with installations and basic troubleshooting, we lack the tools that the DoIT Help Desk has to fix these issues.
