Welcome to the Science Hall Computing (SHC) Help Desk!

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. 

The SHC Help Desk is conveniently(?) located in the 3rd floor mezzanine in room M376. We are generally open 9 AM to 5 PM M-F; however, hours may vary due to student availability. For phone support you may reach the SHC Help Desk at (608) 262-8111 or 2-8111 on campus. For an after-hours or weekend emergency please press 0 to be directed to the IT Manager.
